April week end break. Very confortable structure at a reasonable low season price with the pampering attraction of open air heated pools.Beach in front and shops/restaurants at walking distance. Affordable fresh fish at frasquita seaside and camarote Castillo harbour.Certainly worth four hours flight at amazing less-than-hundred euro Ryanair fare.

Luxury hotel and our delux room was beautiful. Breakfast consisted of everything you can think of. However, to purchase food at the hotel was expensive (but our room only cost 110 Euros per night so definitely a bargain overall). LOVED the decor, design & quality of room fixtures & fittings...the beds were out of this world with high thread count cotton bedding which felt like silk next to the skin. WISH I was there now!

Coffee was cold at breakfast...but the waiter sorted it. Everything else faultless!!!

The staff was top-class and attentive. the hotel's location was stunning with easy access to a nice beach.

The location was great and brilliant, not too far from Castillo. Was in a very lively area and close to restaurants and a casino. My room was huge room with chairs pleus a TV with UK channels 1-4 as well as amazing views: )

I have never seen such a poor staff in 5 star hotel. We were waiting 30 minutes for check in, there were only 2 receptionist for such a big hotel. Housekeeping ? Sometimes they didn't make a room...When we were check out, there were 300 euros more in the bill. They didn't apologize to us. What to say? Great resort with poor management and staff.

The location, room and staff were all excellent. Value for money, it was spot on, in fact we would have happily paid more for our accommodation.

Small things like cleanliness of the poolside toilets, slowness of service at the pool bar and at reception were a little disappointing. Especially the pool toilets which didn't seem to get much attention during the day and after a couple of hours were dirty with overflowing rubbish bins.

Nice room with great comfort, exceptional quality of equipments. The swimming pools are great also.

Restaurant's staff not often motivated and careful with customers. I don't recommand HB because this option is to expensive for the quality

This place is conveniently located near central areas, local restaurants, the resort center, and a marina with additional dining options.

I lovet the fact that its located right on the beach! and its easy to get to and from the airport. My stay was very relaxing and my son also loved it.

i just did not like how extremley expensive it was to eat at the buffett for dinner. and then to top it off the food sucked. but the breakfast buffett was a plus.

The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed all the meals we had at the hotel. Our stay was made special we shall definitely return in the near future.

We still feel that the room was cleaned too late in the day (15h00).
